feasibility studies

A feasibility study evaluates the practicality of a proposed property development project or municipal precinct plan.

These investigations focus on whether the intended project will be suitable for the proposed location. As such, factors such as surrounding land-uses, accessibility, traffic volumes, and municipal plans are considered and analysed.

A feasibility study is concerned with examining the impact the project may have on the local community and vice versa.

This project approach contains the following:

  • Land-use rights investigation

  • Review of municipal planning documents

  • Socio-economic data extraction & analysis

  • Visit to site & surrounding areas

  • Site analysis

  • Mapping & report writing
